Return Policy

Returns: We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that sale items, pre-order items, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alewallsdesig@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at alewallsdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and cover any associated shipping costs.
